CTS, Inc. has developed a unique Flash-Bang Training System that complements the standard Model 7290 Flash-Bang. This system incorporates a reload able steel body and replacement charge contained in the fuze. When combined, the configuration is identical to the standard operational Model 7290 Flash-Bang. Color-coded blue for easy identification, the Combined Tactical System, Inc. Training System is approximately one half the cost of standard Flash-Bangs and features a left hand thread design to prohibit inadvertent use of the high output fuzes on other devices. Output is 120dB at five feet and is loud enough for training exercises but not too loud for role-playing scenarios. Both the Model 7290 operational Flash-Bang and 7290T training System are waterproofed to extend shelf life and reliability. In addition, these devices, as well as all Combined Tactical Systems, Inc. fuzed munitions, utilize a patented pull ring clip for safety. Training Kit includes 70 Fuses and 1 Body.
