CTS 40mm Baton and Sting-Ball Projectiles

CTS manufactures a complete line of smokeless 40mm less-lethal impact munitions. Cartridges with rubber, foam or hardwood batons as well as Sting-Ball rubber pellet models are available. All our cartridge cases are coated and sealed with lacquer to prevent moisture absorption.

These cartridges were developed specifically for 40mm grenade launchers such as the U.S. M203, M79 and the CTS TGL-1. The cartridge case fully chambers in such launchers, eliminating the possibility of the cartridge slipping past the extractor, as may occur with undersized cartridges. the undercut at the cartridge base further ensures reliable extraction after every shot.
