Items in stock are sent as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours. UPS and Fedex do not ship to PO Boxes.
Available Shipping Methods - Based off of your shipping address, you will be presented with the available shipping methods during the checkout process. Expedited shipping may be available for your order, if all of the items are in stock at the time of your order. Export Issues - Blackheart International is fully licensed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF), Defense Trade Control (DTC) and the U.S. State Department. Blackheart International strictly abides by International Trafficking in Arms (ITAR) Regulations.
All transactions conducted through Blackheart International, whether for import, export or domestic sale of restricted products, must comply with all local, state, U.S. and international laws for the sale and transport of these products. Blackheart International reserves the right to refuse the sale of any of the products listed on this website or in our catalogs at our sole discretion.
Credit Card Fraud - Due to the increasing amount of credit card fraud and identity theft occuring on the Internet, we may contact you for verification before we ship your order. We also reserve the right to not conduct business with individuals in certain countries. This could be due to US Export Regulations, Department of Homeland Security restrictions, or to try and prevent credit card fraud from occuring on our site. If you are unsure if we will conduct business with you, based off of your country of residence, please email us and ask.
We drop-ship some of our orders directly from our supplier. Therefore, we are unable to provide UPS/Fedex tracking numbers for orders on items that are drop-shipped.
You must provide a Valid Shipping Address! We can not be responsible for a failed shipment if you do not provide a valid shipping address.
USML (United States Munitions List) items regulated by the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)
Some items that we sell are USML items that are reguated by the ITAR. These items are not able to be shipped out of the US without having an approved export license issued by DDTC (Directorate of Defense Trade Controls). We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed on our website if we feel there would be a potential ITAR violation. If you wish to purchase items, and you are a non-US customer, contact our sales department at email@example.com. We do not export single item purchases for individuals. For ITAR related exports, our export department is focused on bulk purchases to international military or government agencies. We will apply for the export license through DDTC and assist with letting you know all documentation we require for filing an export application.
We do not ship website orders to countries other than the United States.

We will try to let you know an estimated ship time if you place an order and the item is not available immediately. If you have not received your order, please contact our customer support.
How to purchase firearms from us:
Online- We have some of the firearms we sell listed on the Blackheart International website. If you are looking for something we don't have listed, please call to inquire about it. Legally when an individual wants to buy a gun online or through the mail they must have it shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. However if you do not have an FFL you can still order online. First find a local gun store or other FFL holder in your area and get their permission to have a gun shipped to them from Blackheart International. Most dealers will do a transfer for you for a small fee. Second have them send us a signed in ink copy of their FFL or fax a legible signed copy including their phone number and contact name. They only need to send this once as it is kept on file until it expires. Third once we have the FFL on file you can order online being sure to enter the FFLs info in the Special Instructions space during your checkout process on our website. We can then ship to the dealers place of business and you can pick up your gun from them meeting all local state and federal laws. If you order and we have no FFL on file we will email you back explaining that you need an FFL causing your order to be delayed.
Phone - If you do not have an FFL you can still call in an order. It is best to first find a local gun store or other FFL holder in your area and get their permission to have a gun shipped to them from Blackheart International. Note: It is your responsibility to find an FFL holder in your area that you can have your firearm shipped to. There are too many for us to know all of the ones in everyones areas.
Warranty service is restricted to the manufacturer's guarantee or warranty between the customer and the producer of the equipment.
We only advertise and sell quality equipment used and preferred by tactical professionals throughout the world.
Most items are fully returnable within 30 days if it is in the original packaging, and in unused condition. All returns must clearly show a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Contact our Customer Service for Returns, and to get an RA #. Return shipping charges cannot be refunded. A restocking fee of 15% may be assessed. If a shipment is refused by the customer when it is delivered, and the items are returned to us, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please email usif you have any questions.
